Off late, nothing is going in favor of megastar Chiranjeevi. Neither his political career, nor his film career is in shining phase. Chiru's cameo appearance couldn't stop his son Ram Charan's last film Bruce Lee facing debacle result, which is an upsetting thing for the megastar. Now, it is a big risk for Chiru, going forward over Kaththi remake.
When Chiru was preparing himself ready for Kaththi remake, a writer named Narasimha Rao filed cases with several film organizations requesting to stop the Telugu makers starting the project. He accuses director AR Murugadoss of stealing his subject. Hence, writers and directors associations have asked to settle all pending disputes on Kaththi story before starting its Telugu remake.
Moreover, mega fans aren't too pleased to see Chiru in Kaththi remake, since the subject is message oriented and is not meant for masses. Despite the fact that, many changes in the script are being made to suit Telugu sensibilities and also to reach mass fans expectations, still mega fans want Chiru to take up a straight subject which would have full length entertainment.
On the flip side, director VV Vinayak is only making flops these days. So, it will be a big risk for Chiru, if he doesn't consider all these facts. Better, Chiru should pick a new subject for his 150th, feels normal cine goer!
