Pawan's Rs 50 lakhs discount to Producer?

Just a day before the release of Nannaku Prematho, Powerstar Pawan Kalyan dropped a bomb on the film's producer BVSN Prasad when he filed a complaint with the Producer's Council alleging that BVSN owes him 2 crore balance remuneration for their 2013 hit Atharintiki Dharedi.

However, Pawan didn't hamper Nannaku Prematho's release and cooperated with BVSN when he assured him that he will clear the dues from Nannaku Prematho's revenues. Thankfully, the film has done quite well and is now inching closer to the 50 crore milestone.

Now, latest buzz in the industry circles is that BVSN approached Pawan recently to clear the dues. Apparently, Pawan gave a discount of Rs 50 lakhs and took only Rs 1.50 crores from his producer. Had there been no miscommunication in the past, Pawan wouldn't have even approached the Producer's Council, opine the industry grapevine.

Now that Pawan's account has been settled, the entire attention is focused on whether his close friend and AD's director Trivikram will also give a discount in his balance remuneration.
